PACWC participates in interviews of candidates for senior academic administrator positions and co-sponsors, with the Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies program, an annual lecture and reception welcoming new ladies college to the University of Pittsburgh. PACWC seeks to ensure a productive academic and work surroundings for faculty, staff, and college students, particularly in areas associated to women’s concerns. It focuses on common issues of campus climate and programs as they affect women all through the University. PACWC seeks to assist the Provost and the University community via its mandate. The Reed College Women’s Committee will mark its fiftieth anniversary with a yearlong series of member occasions and activities in 2006.

Soumya is a final year Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Architectural Design student. She was a mentor in the 2020 FaME program and was a project lead for the Monash UAS external adjustable drone internet project in 2021.
